PT Kolega Teknologi Indonesia (KOLARIS LABS) manages the data you submit through this website.

Through the inquiry form: name, company, email, project summary, as well as WhatsApp number and inquiry type if provided. We also log submission timestamp, reference number, and originating CTA page without collecting extra personal data.

Purpose of Processing

To assess the suitability of your request and contact you back through your provided channels. Data is not used for mass marketing and is never sold to third parties.

Internal Access

Inquiry data is only accessed by designated inquiry handlers and authorized operational engineers (e.g., to re-dispatch failed notifications).

Service Providers

Inquiries are stored on servers operated by KOLARIS. Notifications to internal inboxes are sent via transactional email providers. Analytics, if active, receives only anonymized events without names, emails, phone numbers, free-form text, or reference numbers.

Retention

Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted no later than 90 days after receipt. Engaged inquiries are retained throughout the business relationship and as required for administrative compliance.
